Illuminate Blacklight Fundraiser
**Event complete! Thank you to the 300+ attendees that came to party with us. We raised $5664.13 in donations with 100% of that going to the YMCA’s foster youth programs.
This is our first fundraiser and the final and biggest event for the YMCA wrapping up our 3 month long campaign with them and the official launch of Philanthro Seattle.

With funding for foster youth programs at the Y in jeopardy this year, your help is needed more than ever to keep these programs afloat.
100% of ticket proceeds go to Philanthro’s campaign to help the YMCA of Greater Seattle’s foster youth programs.
What can you expect?
- The gorgeous Hard Rock Cafe is hosting the party at their amazing location in Seattle’s Pike Place Market
- Music provided by DJ Kazan, a former MTV DJ, who is donating his whole night to our cause.
- A mix of young professionals, staff from the Y, our business sponsors and Philanthro members (including members from our California chapters!) to party and celebrate with
- Door prizes from our sponsors, raffle prizes and party favors

The theme is blacklight so dress to glow!
Wear white and neon clothing and accessories to show your support! Our event is Illuminate: Light the Way to a Bryte Future, help make our event light up by dressing up in gear that’ll glow under the blacklights. Sneakers and hats are ok, just fit the theme!
